Gym Rules

  • Be polite to other members.
  • During peak hours, limit your time on cardio equipment to 20-30 minutes.
  • Wipe down each piece of equipment for the next user.
  • Use deodorant; take care of your personal hygiene.
  • Weights must not be dropped, and must be returned to their proper place.
  • Bags are not allowed on the gym floor at anytime.
  • Suitable workout gear must be worn inside the gym; clean shoes only.
  • No food or beverages, except water.
  • Towel is required; place towel on your seat-bench.
  • Don't use mobile phone while working out.
  • Do not place weights/bars on the walls.
  • No freelance training allowed.
  • Each machine can be used by three individuals; share it with others.
  • No running in the gym.
  • Age limit 16+ / Ages 14-16 under supervision.
